To ensure a smooth workflow and mutual commitment, all projects accepted through Toolyatri Hire are subject to the following financial guidelines:
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We support the following secure channels for all transactions:
- UPI: For instant domestic transfers (India).
- Bank Transfer: Wire/IMPS/NEFT for corporate or long-term contracts.
- PayPal: Preferred for international clients (subject to applicable processing fees).
2. Payment Structure
To initiate any project, the following milestone schedule applies:
- Commencement Deposit: A non-refundable 50% upfront payment is required to secure your slot and begin the development/consultation process.
- Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the agreed milestones, or as per the specific timeline decided prior to the start of work.
- Custom Milestones: For large-scale or multi-phase projects, a custom payment schedule may be negotiated during the initial consultation.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Work in Progress: Once the project has officially commenced and resources have been allocated, no refunds will be issued.
- Pre-Start Cancellation: If you wish to cancel before work begins, please notify us immediately to discuss any potential partial reversals of the deposit.
- Consultation is Key: We strongly encourage a detailed initial consultation to align on expectations, technical requirements, and deliverables before any payment is made.
4. Revisions & Scope Changes
- The initial quote covers the specific scope discussed during your consultation.
- Any significant “Scope Creep” (additional features or tools requested after the project starts) will be billed separately or may require a revision of the final milestone payment.
